Guest speakers will include Nancy Kirshner-Rodriguez, Commissioner of the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, Dr. Emily Murase, Director of the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women,  and Elise Hansel, Grant Associate from the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women.


Guest speakers will share their experiences, central themes we should focus on at the local level, and ways everyday citizens can participate in future UN COSW sessions and become an advocate for women and girls.


Members and guests are also invited to attend the Commission on the Status of Women's meeting on April 26th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at City Hall, Room 408.
