Leveling the Playing Field:  Best Practices for Gender Pay Equity in the Workplace

"Because there is no one cause of the gender pay gap, employers who want to address the gap must employ a variety of approaches. This resource guide summarizes best practices public and private employers can implement to help address this gap."

Former Commissioner Amy Ackerman and former San Francisco Department on the Status of Women staffer Ann Lehman put the above document together for the NYC Commission on Gender Equity.
